In their words
What customers say about Ash
I was in the market for a new furnace, AC, and tankless water heater.
After reading some reviews I decided to give Ash a call. Ash was very pleasant to deal with and is definitely an honest person who works for the customer, not like others. The best example of this was when Ash saw my air conditioning unit, which was clearly in good shape, and gave me the advice not to change it. He didn't know that it was a rented unit, so I needed to change it anyway. But that interaction spoke to his honesty and integrity.
To summarize, I am an extremely happy customer and I would HIGHLY recommend Ash.
Silent Guy I worked with Ash and team back in Nov 2019 to replace my furnace and tankless water tank. He answered my million questions, spent time researching the right appliances, and was available throughout the day of the job. The work was quick and the crew did an excellent job.
When it was time to change the range, I decided to go with gas. I regret not having run the line to the kitchen back then.
I reached out to Ash again and he was able to send the crew out. Fast and clean job. Thanks Ash and Fair Deal Heating & Air Conditioning!
Hatij I proactively had Ash and his crew change my mothers tempstar builder grade furnace after 19 years. The furnace still worked and never had a single part replaced or gave us any trouble, but I didn't want my mother to be without heat one day so I had it changed. In my opinion most modern high efficiency furnaces only last 15-20 years, so I decided to change it on my own terms, rather than risk being without heat for a few days in the winter. Most people who wait until it dies on a cold day in the winter usually end up overpaying because they will do anything to get the house heated again.
